Submit.
The researcher completes a guided protocol application for the submission type, with validation as they type, document upload and a timestamped acknowledgement.

CLARALIX FOR RESEARCH ETHICS COMMITTEES
The researcher submits, the secretariat screens and assigns, reviewers answer structured questions, the committee meets and records its decision, and amendments and continuing review follow on the same record.
THE ETHICS REVIEW CYCLE
The researcher completes a guided protocol application for the submission type, with validation as they type, document upload and a timestamped acknowledgement.
Administrative screening checks completeness against the committee’s requirements and records accept, refuse or a tracked request for clarification.
The secretariat assigns one or more reviewers, with conflict of interest declaration and visibility of workload.
Reviewers work the committee’s question sets, section by section, with comments against the application.
The agenda is built from the applications on it. Members consent, declare conflicts and see the documents they are permitted to see. The outcome is recorded and minuted.
Amendments, continuing review and safety reports are tracked against the original approval.
THREE PEOPLE, ONE RECORD
Ethics review is a configuration of the platform, not a separate product. Each section carries its availability label; a line is marked only where it differs.

START WITH YOUR PROCEDURE
In the demonstration we will show how the configuration works against your own forms, question sets and meeting cycle, and we will be explicit about anything that would require configuration effort, an integration, or development. You will leave knowing which is which.
